The hotel was excellent with absolutely wonderful personnel. The place had a warm atmosphere. The rooms turned out to be updated and incredibly comfortable with view overlooking Pipila and a balcony, for example.
There were not very comfortable beds.

The room we had included a personal safe, flat-screen television and an electronic key card. The very helpful staff greeted us with a smile. The location was excellent and wonderful, close to La Paz Square.

Recommend it for families and those who don't bother with noise
The breakfast was a good surprise. I mean, it was just a block from our place at their partner hotel. Chilaquiles, eggs, and pancakes galore! I booked a city tour with the staff and they were super friendly! It was an enriching way to explore the area.
It wasn't exactly economical but it fit our budget ok.

Great location, super close to the main plaza. Room was spacious with a tv, private bathroom, and tile floors, really cool after those long walks. The shower had good pressure, but you gotta wait for hot water. Breakfast was nice with fresh pastries. Staff was very helpful with local tips and storing luggage for us.

The location was perfect for our family adventures! We were just a short walk from Plaza de la Paz. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, allowing our kids to play around comfortably. Plus, the breakfast offered was a lovely way to start our day.

Staying at santa regina was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to the callejoneadas and kiss alley. Our standard double room was spacious and super comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything felt fresh and cute!
